We continually reflect on ‘our why’ – Why this profession? Why children and young people? Why me? Using these questions as a catalyst to improve the youth work sector.

Just like Rianne, our team members and volunteers recognise the significance of youth work within communities. Without such incredible individuals, we are unable to fulfil our mission.   Contextual Youth Work is central to our approach, operating with unconditional regard - we recognise the importance of meeting young people at their point of interest. We create youth hubs that enable meaningful connections between young people and trusted youth workers.
